This apartment is situated in a prime location (Universal site) and is accessible to all amenities and is approx. 15 mins drive from Paphos Airport.
The harbour and seafront is all within walking distance with an abundance of all that a popular tourist area has to offer.
You have the local beaches along the seafront or you can catch a bus to the beautiful sandy beach of Coral Bay.
No car is required to enjoy your stay here unless you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer. Should you wish to hire a car this can be arranged for you on request or if you just prefer a taxi to take you to the apartment then this also can be arranged for you, a taxi would cost approx 27 Euros each way.
This is a superbly furnished fully air-conditioned 1st floor one bed-roomed apartment with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan (as well as air-con). Patio doors lead out onto a large furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool with a children's pool. There is a large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The modern open planned fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, ample dining space and is well equipped with: Oven & hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board and microwave.
The spacious lounge also leads out onto the fully furnished balcony. There is a TV (satellite - all 5 UK channels), DVD, CD and Radio player
All towels and bed linen are provided except for beach towels.
The apartment contains a hair dryer, smoke alarm and small wall safe.
There will be a free "Welcome Pack" on arrival with our compliments.
You are only a 10/15 minute walk away from the famous 'Bar St' and the night life that goes with it. You can walk back home from here, you dont have to worry about a taxi or driving, just have a drink and enjoy yourself. 15/20 minutes takes you to the harbour where boats may be hired or book one of the many cruises on 'Wave Dancer 1' for a unique experience and a memorable holiday.
Along the seafront you will find an abundance of Tavernas, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Leather, Jewellery and Souvenir shops or you can catch a buss that will take you to Coral Bay, one of the nicest sandy beaches in Southern Cyprus or Paphos town along with various other places to visit.
A choice of 3 golf club are only about 15/20 mins drive from the apartment. (1) Aphrodite Hills Golf Club. (2) Tsada Golf Club is set in the hills around the valley of Tsada and number (3) The Secret Valley Golf Club is approx 10 mins drive from Paphos town centre and is 18 holes.

Price is fully inclusive of air-conditioning.
Linen & towels/tea towels are provided except for Beach Towels.
Bed linen and towels/tea towels are automatically changed once a week.
Check in/departure times are flexible wherever possible.
There are no extra charges for any of the Bank Holidays or any 'Half Terms' holidays.
£100 refundable breakages/security bond and also for excessive use of electricity should you have air-con on 24/7 or leave doors or window open.
A good 'Welcome Pack' is provided which consists of: bread, spread, eggs, bacon, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, juice and either a bottle of wine or Keo beer at no extra cost.
