The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet it is ideally located for all amenities. It is suitable for either couples, mature single people or families.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with its own sunny patio area, which is a nice private area and perfect for al fresco dining, including a barbeque. The patio is only a few steps away from the pool which is very convenient. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The swimming pool is nice and warm during the late spring/early summer months.
The rooms are newly furnished and they have a lovely modern feel. The bedrooms have large cupboards and there is one double bed and two single beds, so four people can sleep comfortably without the need to use pull out sofa beds. The living room has a TV, DVD player and a new Hi Fi. There is also a nice dining area with a glass table and leather seating.
There is a lovely bright kitchen and bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils you will need. There are plastic plates and cups for children to use.
The apartment is managed by a friendly English speaking couple, who hold extra keys, can deal with maintenance and any emergencies.
The apartment is only a 10-15 minute walk to the muncipal beach, the harbour, excellent restaurants and the lively "Bar Street" area. There is a supermarket nearby which stocks all the provisions you will need. Next door to the supermarket is a nice cafe/bar which serves reasonably priced meals.
The apartment really is in a great spot. We have been to Cyprus many times and we have found that this is one of the best locations. We use the apartment ourselves on a regular basis.
The complex and interior of the property is truly a home from home experience but with the added benefit of the warm sunshine!
