These new 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (opened 2004) are situated in a small complex surrounding a swimming pool with ample sunbeds and umbrellas. the apartment sleeps up to 6.
Laertis Complex is located in the heart of Kato Paphos, with everything within a short walking distance. A 2 minute walk takes you to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops, with the beach, scenic harbour, fort and numerous archeological sites only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride. Laertis Complex is close to the bus routes which for 70 cents can also take you to Paphos Old Town and to Coral Bay. There are allocated parking places within the complex for those who wish to hire a car.
The apartment features two twinbedded bedrooms, spacious lounge and dining areas, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and an additional toilet with a wash hand basin.
