The complex has a beautifully landscaped and well maintained communal swimming pool and baby pool that is rarely overly busy. It has lots of loungers around the side for communal use. There are pool side toilets and showers.
This privately owned spacious second floor apartment is fully air conditioned and luxuriously appointed to a very high standard. It has one twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom.
The open plan living area leads onto a balcony through patio doors. There is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room to relax, television with satellite for all your favouraite English soaps, and a cd/radio. There are books for use by the occupants if wished.
The apartment has a spacious open plan double aspect living dining and kitchen area with a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The balcony with garden furniture offers breathtaking views of the sea and coast line, as well as views of the pool and gardens.
There is a lift in the building.
The apartment will be cleaned for arrival and after departure. Towels and linen are included but not beach towels.
If the stay is longer than one week additional cleaning/linen change can be arranged.
