Kings Palace is a new development built around a large swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. It is situated just outside Paphos town near to the historic site of the Tomb of the Kings, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The complex has a beautifully landscaped and well maintained communal swimming pool and baby pool that is rarely overly busy. It has lots of loungers around the side for communal use. There is pool side toilets and showers.
This apartment is on the second floor, in Block 5, there is a lift to all floors. The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a balcony. The large balcony is the best part of the apartment with stunning sea view (100 yards from the sea) and has 180 degree panoramic view to the west with beautiful and colourful sunsets.
