Kings Palace is a new development built around a large swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. It is situated just outside Paphos town opposite the historic site of the Tombs of the Kings, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is ground floor with large patio, with sea and pool views from all the main rooms. The apartment sleeps 6, has lounge/diner with TV, fully fitted kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave,dish washer and separate utillity room with washing machine .
The master bedroom with two single beds that can make in to a double bed, and fully fitted wardrobes and dressing table. This room also has an en-suite.
The second bedroom has twin Beds and fully fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over head. There is an extra extra charge of 25 EURO'S per week if the double sofa bed in the living room, to accommodate an extra 2 people if necessary. This is to be payed locally
The lounge has a t.v and basic Sky package also a stereo unit.
The complex has a beautifully landscaped and well maintained communal swimming pool and baby pool that is rarely overly busy. It has loungers around the side for communal use. There is pool side toilets and showers.
All linen is provided but not beach towels.
There is something for everyone in Cyprus.
There is building work in progress at the moment at the front of Kings Palace they are building a large supermarket.
