Kings Palace is a new development built around a large swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. It is situated just outside Paphos town near to the historic site of the Tomb of the Kings, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The complex has a beautifully landscaped and well maintained communal swimming pool and baby pool that is rarely overly busy. It has lots of loungers around the side for communal use. There is pool side toilets and showers.
This apartment is on the FIRST floor, in Block 4, there is a lift to all floors. This apartment is fitted out to a very high standred.
The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a private terrance/balcony. The large terrance/ balcony is the best part of the apartment with stunning sea view (100 yards from the sea) and has 180 degree panoramic view to the west with beautiful and colourful sunsets. It has a double bedroom with en - suite, and bunk beds and single bed in this room, separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe hanging space and full heating/air conditioning, fitted kitchen, equipped with modern appliances including refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven/hob grill, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.
The apartment will be cleaned for arrival and after departure. Towels and linen are included. BUT NOT BEACH TOWELS. If the stay is longer than one week additional cleaning/linen change can be arranged.
