This stylish and modern apartment has its very own private garden and private pool.

Holmes Place is a quiet collection of fourteen apartments located in the
village of Peyia. The apartments are all 2 bedroom in contemporary design with the living rooms featuring luxurious leather sofas, 21 inch colour satellite TV, and DVD player and fully fitted kitchens having granite worktops and stainless steel appliances.

This apartment is on the ground floor with a sun terrace to the front and an enclosed private garden and pool to the side. The private garden has been carefully planned with mature plants and landscaping and enjoys panoramic views of the Peyia hillside. There is plenty room for sun loungers and tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The centrepeice of the garden is a lovely 5m x 3m swimming pool with adjacent pool shower which in itself, has been beautifully enclosed with a stone cubicle.

The apartment itself enjoys a spacious lounge area with contemporary corner sofa and Silver TV, a breakfast bar area next to modern kitchen with beech units, black granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom and 2 double sized bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and glass blocks as features, the master having a king-sized bed and the other which opens out on to the sun terrace being a twin.

The apartment also has use of the large 12m x 6m commual pool which has good space for sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy. There is a small splash-pool for children too.


Location

The development is set on the hillside within the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away. Full of atmosphere, Peyia offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and a variety of quaint taverns for all tastes. Peyia provides residents with a warm welcome and a real taste of Cyprus while being only a mile from the blue flag beach resort of Coral Bay, which boasts the best beaches in this unspoilt corner of the country.

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to
the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish
taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main
mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

holiday testimonial 1. How was the your property? The property was really lovely, much nicer than we expected. Not very big but was very well equiped with everything you could possibly need and more.


2. And the location? We were very happy with the location - it was just far enough out of the main touristy areas so there were nice local restaurants and shops. A car would be essential staying in Peyia.


3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? We ate in the Peyia Tavern and it was very nice, fresh local produce - way too much food, it just kept coming! We went on a few day trips to the less touristy beaches - Lara beach and another one up on the north coast that were really lovely and not very busy at all. Most of the beaches are stoney in cyprus but the water is lovely and clear - well worth going off the beaten track.


4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Very satisfied. The whole process was trouble free - just the right amount of information and help - Thank You!


5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? I wish it had been a two week holiday!
