This Beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment is situated is in the Exo Vrisi area between Paphos Harbour and the Old Town. The charm of this apartment is its open living area with 3 terraces and an elegant and well maintained swimming pool area. The property is in excellent condition having been built in 2008 and comes fully furnished with everything you could need for a vacation.
LIVING AREA:
Open plan containing kitchen, dinning and living areas where you can easily accommodate 8 or more people. Large Flatscreen TV and Sky TV are included.
We have Air Conditioning in every room.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen benefits from Granit worktops and high-end luxury German appliances from Miele. Dishwasher, cooking and full washing and drying facilities are available in the apartment. Beautiful kitchenware are included for you to enjoy cooking and dining.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 benefits from a large double bed.
Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds that can be put together and create one large bed. Clean sheets and great pillows will give you a great good night sleep.
There are 2 bathrooms, of which one is an en-suite.
POOL:
The Apartment benefits from a beautiful swimming pool and sunbathing area with a landscaped garden, ample comfy sun lounges, umbrellas and a picnic area. There is plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. You can see the pool area from the terraces, very convenient for families with kids.
PARKING:
We have a private parking space included for you.
The apartment is looked after by a local professional property management team who keep it spotless and well maintained and will arrange for checkin and checkout.
LOCATION:
Apartment is located in a quiet private area, 8 minutes drive to the beach.
It takes you 20 minutes to walk to the Paphos harbour and about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. You will stores and cosy restaurants 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
It takes 20 minutes drive (15km) from Paphos International Airport, with direct flights from all major airports from as little as 25 pounds each way (see Easyjet.com for some great deals).
WHAT TO DO IN PAPHOS?
Paphos offer a variety of thing to do: You can spend your time enjoying the sun and the sea. Paphos is one of the few YEAR AROUND holiday resort in Europe with blue sky and sunshine almost every day. We recommend Coral Bay - Blue Flag award sandy beaches, with clear water and cosy restaurant and bars.
Paphos is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical views as well as old town.
You will find many bars & restaurants in the Coral Bay area. Lovely harbour with its numerous Taverns, bars and restaurants is our favourite.
You can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip.
Enjoy SPA treatments or golf, or take a diving course. Sea Caves, views of the Troodos Mountains to die for, or why not take a car and drive around on the island and explore small villages. There is plenty to do and see in Paphos.

We love our place and hope you treat it as well as we do. There is no smoking on the property. Please respect this rule. All we ask is that you please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it.
Please note that there is a security deposit of 200 pounds to protect against any damages or breakages. This will be returned to you upon departure assuming no damage.
