This is a truely luxurious one bedroom apartment, on a newly -built complex with a large communal swimming pool, and panoramic views over Kato Paphos to the sea.
This complex is in a quiet area, and yet only 20 mins away from Municipal Beach, and all the bars, restaurants and shop on the sea front. Two major supermarkets are also within 20 minutes walk.
The Apartment has been fitted out to a very high standard,the master bedroom has 2 single beds that are pushed together with fitted wardrobes and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need, the loung has a T.V and a D.V.D combined video recorder very comfortable suite, that you can watch all your soaps from England on the Satellite T.V. The sofa also makes in to a bed for your other two guests.
The bathroom is fitted with a jacuzzi bath so you can soak away, after the long day soaking up the sun or relax after that sightseeing trips.
There is a lift to every level on the complex.
All linen is provided except Beach Towels.
Airport transfer, welcome packs, high chair and a travel cot can be arranged at a small charge and paid locally.
