This privately owned apartment is on the award winning development of Paradise Gardens, located in a quiet residential area. It is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday, yet within easy reach of the centre of Paphos.
This second floor apartment (approached by lift or stairs) sleeps 2/4 and has air conditioning units in the lounge and bedroom. It overlooks a large communal swimming pool and paddling pool, and is set in landscaped gardens. There is a level, 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach, where you will find numerous water sports, harbour, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, tourist shops and other attractions. There is a water park and gokart centre in pathos. Car hire is not essential although there is allotted car parking space under the block. There are lots of taxi firms in the area.
The Living Room has quality furnishings with sofa bed, plenty of stylish cupboards, TV/DVD.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, juicer, toaster, sandwich toaster, iron and ironing board and plenty of utensils and crockery.
The Bathroom has a bath with shower over, shaver point, hand basin inset in marble and WC.
The Bedroom has a ceiling fan, twin beds, bedside cabinet, dressing table with mirror plus plenty of wardrobe space. Sheets, beach towels and bath towels are supplied
The Balcony, which overlooks the pool and beautiful gardens, has a table with four chairs, (two reclining). There is an overhead fan, ideal for cooling down in the heat of the day. Two sunbeds are supplied for use around the pool.
