This is a 3 bed-roomed fully air-conditioned Town House. This house is on a very small complex of only 6 individual and privately owned properties with a shared pool and is situated in the lovely village of Peyia a few minutes before you reach the Jail Pub. The village of Peyia has all the amenities including 2 supermarkets, chemist, banks with ATM machines, bakery, butchers, bars, tavernas, restaurants and a take-a-way, all within walking distance.
The beautiful beaches of Coral Bay are no more that 5 minutes drive where you will find numerous leather, jewellery and souvenir shops together with bars and restaurants.
A car is recommended should you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer or you can just relax and be self sufficient in the village.
All 3 bedrooms contain twin beds and have built in wardrobes 2 with vanity units, master bedroom with en-suite. All bedrooms lead onto a balcony, the back two looking out over the pool and out to sea where you can see the wreck at Potima Bay. The front bedroom looks towards the hills. A spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, wc and ample cupboard space completes the upstairs layout.
It has a large opened planned dining/lounge area. It has a comfortable lounge area with a traditional 3-piece suite, TV, DVD and CD player and a spacious dining area with seating for 6 people. This leads onto a patio containing table, chairs and sun-umbrella adjacent to the swimming pool. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. This townhouse also has a modern fully fitted kitchen.
The house has been tastefully furnished and is equipped to a high standard. All bed linen and towels are provided (except beach towels), a mid holiday change of linen/towels if staying for 2 weeks.
