This brand new first floor apartment sleeps up to 4/5 people and has lift access. A Z-bed can be arranged at a small charge for the fifth person and paid locally.
The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with lounge seating for 5 and a dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a large balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs and offers breathtaking views of the sea and views of the pool and gardens.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle,
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (one doubles and one twin). The master bedroom has an ensuite. There is a master bathroom with a bath, shower and wc.
Additional features of the apartment is TV (planned for 2009),C.D player, iron and ironing board. Allocated parking is provided. Linen is provided but not beach towels
The complex has a beautifully landscaped and well maintained communal swimming pool and baby pool that is rarely overly busy. It has ample loungers around the poolside for communal use. There is poolside toilets and showers.
The beach is a short walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 5-10 minutes. The harbour is a 45 minutes walk or 10 minute bus ride away.
