This complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach less than a 5 minute walk, the harbour 10 minutes and the bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes.
This apartment sleeps up to 6 people. For two extra persons Z-beds can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment is located in a newly completed luxury development called "Limnaria Villas” in Kato Paphos.
The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dinning room with seating for 6 and dinning table & chairs. From this area leaded onto a pool facing balcony this is furnished with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, grill, hob/oven, toaster & kettle.
The three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double & two twins) all have fully fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a full en-suite with bath, shower over bath and WC. The main bathroom is a shower with WC and was hand basin.
The complex has allocated parking; it also has a large swimming pool with showers. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided.
The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival.
