This beautifully secluded fully air conditioned Villa, with its mature garden is on a level plot in a quiet residential area of Coral Bay. It is within easy walking distance of Coral Bay, which is one of the most sought after resorts in Cyprus making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. A car is always an advantage but, according to your needs, is not essential as the beaches, tavernas, bars and shops are all within easy walking distance.
There is a private pool with patio and sunbathing area which is not overlooked and leads to a covered verandah with barbecue area, ideal for al fresco dining.
There is a spacious comfortable through lounge and dining area with ceiling fans. A double sofa bed is provided should the property be required for six rather than four guests. The owners have installed satellite TV for your entertainment. There is a DVD, VCR & Hi-Fi, with a selection of videos and books. There is an additional cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The dining table will accommodate six people.
The luxurious kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, water cooler (18 litre water bottle provided), dish washer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes airer.
The two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans open onto a verandah giving panoramic views of the hills inland and the sea and coast line towards Paphos. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom comprising bath with shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
