We are registered with the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”) which is designed to protect personal data about you and your family. In accordance with this act we will ensure that any information collected as part of the booking process is securely held. In order that we may process both the enquiry and the booking of your holiday accommodation with the property owners, we will pass on these details so that booking arrangements may be carried out.

We will not pass on your information to any third party that does not require it as part of the booking or advertising process, however, we may pass on your information to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs and immigration if required by them or as required by law.

What we hold about you

We only hold the information you have supplied to us in order that we may process a booking or a booking enquiry or hold details of a holiday home you own and wish us to market on your behalf. This includes any contact and personal details you have supplied. You are entitled to a copy of the information held about you. Please contact us if you would like to see a copy of the information held. There may be a small admin charge (up to £10) for us supplying a copy of the information.

Marketing Policy

We will hold your information securely on file so that we may contact you regarding special offers or brochures relating to holiday accommodation in the future. If you do not wish to receive marketing information please contact us and we will remove you from our database. We never pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a web site puts on your computer to allow personalisation of current and future visits to that site. Cookies can also be used to collect information about visitors to the site. We only use cookies for one of the following reasons ...
