remarkable array of sights and attractions into such a small space; museums and
archealogical sites that span five millennia of history, throbbing beach resorts,
medieval fortresses, age old temples standing on empty hillsides, cool mountain
forests and pretty valleys chequered with vineyards, grain fields and olive groves

day, this truly is a holiday paradise with something for everyone.

There are no under occupancy charges when renting a villa or apartment. Prices are
per villa/apartment per week.
Prices include taxes (VAT). The pricing section of the property brochure page will
detail any extras if applicable.
What is the minimum and maximum stay?
The minimum stay is usually seven days, however shorter stays may be possible. Long
term rentals are also possible, especially out of season at a competitive rate.
What if I have to cancel my booking?
To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit (30%) is payable to secure the booking.
Once the booking has been confirmed, the full balance is due within 30 days of your
arrival date. If you cancel your booking at the deposit stage, the deposit will
be lost. If you cancel your booking after the balance is paid you will not be eligible
to a refund and you may lose all the money you have paid. However in exceptional
circumstances, we can refund part of the payment. It is essential you let us know
as soon as possible if you believe you must cancel the booking.
What documents do I need?
Most important is that you have a full passport that is valid for at least 12 months.
When hiring your car please ensure you have a full and valid UK or International
driver's license. Also bring your villa pack with you so that you know where you
are going and have a contact number in case of any questions.
What happens when I arrive?
If you have booked car hire, you will pick up the car and follow our detailed directions
to your villa. If you don't have a car booked, a representative can pick you up
from the airport if you arranged this in advance through our booking form. Our itinerary
packs will tell you the location of the villa keys as well as the time you may take
occupancy of the property.
What happens on the day of departure?
Remember to pack all your belongings and drive to the airport. The villa will be
full cleaned and prepared after your departure and any personal belongings that
you leave behind may be disposed of. The keys must be handed over to the property
management at your allotted vacate time. Someone will meet you at the property to
check everything and secure the property.
How often is the villa cleaned?
The villas and apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis and linen and towels are
changed during the clean.
Do we need to arrange holiday insurance?
YES! It is essential you take out good cover, including cancellation
cover. We have links on our site to some very good UK companies offering annual and single trip insurance policies.
Please ensure you bring the insurance documents with you.
Isn't a villa going to cost us a lot of money?
You'll be pleasantly surprised to find no. In many cases renting a villa works out
cheaper than a hotel due to the fact that a villa cost is for the whole villa and
so with a full occupancy, the cost per person is very competitive. Once you experience
the convenience, freedom, privacy and at home feeling that staying in a villa provides,
you won’t want to holiday any other way.
