We are a small UK company based in the UK and in Cyprus. We don't have a big brand name, but we don't have the issues of big companies either. For example, if you need to change a member of your party, or your address, or whatever, we won't see it as an opportunity to charge you more money. Not everyone has seen every villa, but all of our team have stayed in at least two Cyprus properties, so we think we are well qualified to help you make the right choice. Our ambition is to make your experience in dealing with us as enjoyable as possible. We have many excellent private villas to rent online.

It is important to appreciate that Cyprus Property Villas is a "no risk" business. Unlike tour operators, we do not buy at one price and hope to sell at a higher price. We offer a booking service to villa owners, and our payment comes from them. Villas on this site may be available elsewhere, but never at a lower price. We pass your deposit and balance payments promptly to the villa owner as it is them you are paying for your holiday. So you can book with us with every confidence.
